How to start a club: If you would like to help build a new club in your company or community, Toastmasters can help! The benefits to your organization are tremendous and the costs are minimal. From building and maintaining a club, your organization will improve its collective communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Getting started is easy! Members of District 63 will help you organize a club, from staging a demonstration meeting to assisting with the chartering of your club to providing assistance even after your club is ready to hold its own meetings. New Club Forms - the first one is "How to Build a Toastmasters Club: A Step-By-Step Guide", it has all forms necessary to form a club in one convenient PDF. Free Promotional Materials - Need help promoting your new club? Toastmasters has several brochures, fliers, and pamphlets you can download free of charge! Toastmasters International - Community - Here's information if you are looking to start a club open to the community. Toastmasters International - Company - Is your club open to persons associated with a company or organization only? Club Mentors - The District assigns Toastmaster members to assist new clubs start strong. The mentor(s) are there to do things such as assist with filling roles, educate the club, and provide helpful feedback.
