Reports

There a number of reports available from Toastmasters International.  Most of these reports are updated on a weekly basis, typically Friday.  Please use these reports to track the status of the clubs in your Area/Division and the progress towards being Distinguished!

Want to know how the District is doing towards meeting the goals for the year?  The top area will show you how the District is doing overall towards the yearly goal.  The remainder of the report is details about how the numbers break down for each club.

District Performance Report - Detail

See how your Division/Area/Club is doing in their respective Distinguished Program.

Have clubs in your Division/Area paid their dues?  We pay dues twice per year, October 1st and April 1st.

Did your clubs submit their club officer list to Toastmasters International?  It's important to have the correct contact information.  Only clubs meeting weekly have the option to elect officers to 6 month terms which then requires submission of a new officer list in December to become effective January 1st.  Otherwise, we do it in June so that TI has our information prior to July 1.

Is there a rock star in your Division/Area?  Check the Educational Achievements to see which individual Toastmasters are completing achievements.  Also, please be sure to follow up on any awards that are pending to be sure the club and member resolve the outstanding issue so recognition and credit can be given.

Recruit, Recruit, Recruit.  These reports will show any new or pending new clubs within the District.

It takes team work to start new clubs and rebuild clubs with low membership.  These reports show the individuals currently assisting in the roles of Sponsor, Mentor, and/or Coach.
