While it's suggested and recommended that you visit the clubs in your areas as often as possible, it is required that you make two official visits per year. As part of these visits, Area Governors are required to submit a report to Toastmasters International concerning this visit. To make the most of this visit, please use the information below: Effective Club Service and Club Visits Online submission of Area Visits Please make it a goal to have all club visits completed before each of the conferences. It is recommended that you work towards completing and submitting them early. If you wait until the last minute and a conflict arises, it could cause you to miss the deadline.
